VACCINE OF HAPPINESS
what is it some may ask?
for everyone it may be something different.
but i don't understand one thing... why do people base off happiness of something they have to achieve or get? Will you be happy when you will get that new shirt you always wanted? will you finally be happy in life when you win that football match? will you finally be happy when you're in a relationship?
but why base off your happiness of something or someone?
that object will maybe give you some fun but that is still not happiness.
your boyfriend? your girlfriend? do they make you feel happy?
take my word, if you feel something is wrong in your relationship, end it. i'm no expert in love but that is one thing i advise you. In the long run it;s a complete fail and you will just get hurt. yes, maybe in the moment you will feel everything is good, perfect, that's more like it. maybe you're arguing everyday, but all couples do that... no big deal right?
you DO NOT need anyone to make you happy. they do not define your happiness. YOU yourself make your own happiness
this may sound all cheesy and stuff, but trust me, everyone is worth all the best, everyone single human in this world has a purpose whenever it is a small one or a big one. everyone has flaws, even if you think someone is perfect, they still have imperfections just like any other person,
why do we wish to have something we don't have?
i think its because we don't appreciate things enough maybe just when they're gone. recently i have started a new sport. obviously the first thought i had before the first practice was " i would give anything to be doing that again.. (the ports i quit to do this one)." i never realized how i attached i was to that sport. we have to stop sometimes, reflect.
so what is happiness?
after writing all this i still don't know. i guess that's up to you to decide but just remember " I am responsible for my happiness. Nobody else is responsible for my happiness or unhappiness. I am responsible for it. Nobody is responsible for my attitude. I am responsible for it and create my happiness through my physiology, through the way I see and experience the world"
That concludes my first blog post. i wrote what i felt and it may have made no sense, but to whoever read i, thank you.
live your day as if its the last one, tomorrow is a new chance, new opportunity. peace out, until next time blog!
